My people at AMS here in lafayette built one before I had ever heard of one anywheres. Now there everywhere. Keeps yer eyes peeled for a 91 GSX for sale. I sold my 90 2 years ago and need one again. The DSM scene has always been week in La, i tried orginizing some meets a few years ago, but the only people that showed up where Lafayette people I knew.

Yes sir. You've had ribs fall out in the hole? Maybe you should stop jarring on the tool for 8 hours. We had a tool come back this week with a 150 hours on level 7 stick slip. Your not one of those guys are you?

Naw....our kt/slipstick surface program is pretty good.....we usually catch stuff like that......now when the tools get out on the rig and dont pulse up lateral/axial shock-there nothing I can do about that. Let the games begin.

I'll give you one of the funniest quotes I have ever heard..Co Rep asks why we(sperry) we showing so much vibration, when there were no surface indications. My lead at the time replied "I would strap a harness on and climb down the hole and check it out, but it would be a tight goddamn fit." He was on the first boat to the bank that night.
