I have read the you can put a 2g tranny in a 1g car. Reason I guess is less breakage. If the 2g is tranny is better what is the limit for it in an awd car, and is there anyone out there that has done this swap and put some serious horsepower to it 400+. Also is there any kind of swap for the rear end also. 2nd question is what about tire size 18 vs 17 and also about how wide you go do you want some slippage when you take off from a stand still, or is to much traction bad so you dont make tranny salad

The 94 transmision has the same internals as the 2G. Namely the double cone second gear sycro. Either tranny still needs to have steel shift forks put in.

The 4 bolt rear end is fine.
