Cente-diff gear oil

I'm going to change my center diff the weekend, and I'm curious as to how much should be in the diff, as well as what kind. I posted on the General Tech section, but no one seemed to know. Any suggestions? Thanks

Center diff is located inside tranny case, I use redline MTL.
