turbo timer

Has anybody made their own turbo timer?

im now an expert electrition or anything, but i was wondering if you could like put in a capacitor or something like that into the ignition system that would keep the car running for a little bit like a turbo timer, or maybe some type of timer setup that would work the same way.

i made one with the help of a viper 800 esp alarm
i used the programmable output i think #5 because i can adjust the time it run and i ran that to 2 relays to control the ign and the acc so i can keep the heater/a/c on to help cold the anti-freeze and i have it set up to run for 90sec with just pushing a button on my viper remote this may not have been the cheapest way to go but the alarm would do what i wanted it to do......arm/disam/window roll up/down/timer/pop the hatch(with a motor)and flash the headlight at somebody getting too close
