Valve cover color

So I'm thinking of getting the VC powder coated, but I am not sure which color to do. I'm a personally fan of the red that it comes in, but I wanted to do something different. I had a cherry red VC on my DSM as well as a pink one (the novelty wore off really quick on the pink). Give me some ideas, Nothing gay please. Right now, I'm leaning towards a military Green.

not to mention that it would look amazing with the Apex silver color. I can do the pattern, etc. The only problem is that I would have to do it (ie airbrush paint instead of powder coat.)

Don't go with military green. I painted mine military green on the 1g and wish I didn't. The digital camo is fucking sick though.


EDIT: How about gunmetal grey, like the newer Ferraris. Or chrome if you really feel ambitious :)

I'd have to say it really depends on the color of the car, if you are going to go with a solid color.

However Jet Black always looks sharp.

Still working on properly prepping the valve cover. I used a really strong chemical to strip the powder coating which worked great. Now I have to make sure to get all of the paint flakes that might have fallen behind the baffle. I wish there was a way to easily remove the baffle and reattach it once I cleaned behind it.
