Working the consumer retail electronics industry for years has taught me one thing, that customer service is king.
I just want to express to all the Stanley Distribution customers that we will do what ever it takes to make you happy, and keep you as our valued customers.
This includes staying at the shop until 2 am to rush things done if you're in a hurry for a build. Working on weekends, Because I understand that you all have normal jobs during the day, and sometimes can't contact us until your days off. Working with you on pricing, and giving discounts for large order (for any order where your doing 2 or more parts, let us know and I'll get you a special price). Making sure that every part that leaves Stanley Distribution is 100% up to my personal quality standards, if I wouldn't run it on my own car, I certainly won't send it out to put on your car.
We will strive to keep shipping as cheap as possible because I understand that shipping is getting out of hand. I personally can't stand it when some one quotes me $50 on shipping, and the part shows up with a USPS sticker on it stating the shipping was $5.00. We'll be moving into a new location shortly which is about 200 yards away from a UPS hub, so we can just go over and drop off parts to keep shipping as cheap as possible.
