MEI power amps?

Are MEI amps any good? I can't seem to find a web site for these guys. I can get a used DA7300 for $60 that 150Watts per channel stereo. There was no indication whether that was peak or RMS, but, I'm assuming it peak. I can't find any information on these amps anywhere.

I know a fair bit about car stereo and I've never heard of this brand. Unless maybe it stands for something I've never thought to abbreviate....? not likely.
If a power rating is listed with no indication, it'll probably be peak. Peak power is essentially unimportant.
I ussually go with the idea that If i've never heard of a brand, it's probably not too great.
Especially for the low price you listed.
