One of our newest coatings, this coating from NIC can deliver up to a 30% boost in thermal transfer efficiency.

We have done some in shop testing on this, and it looks very promising. We also have this in the field being tested on some race cars to provide some real world data and feed back.

This setup runs $200 on all front mount I/C's, around 100$ if some wanted to coat something like a stock side mount/ supra sidemount.

Pictures to follow.

Mmmmm. Sinister. I'll be bringing my FMIC up to you later in the summer for sure.

We tested this in the shop by heating some coated & non coated parts to 400 in the oven then watching them cool down with the IR non contact thermometet.

One of the guys on DSMtuners is campaing a 2.4 stroker spyder and is conducting testing on our sample peices, and will then be testing some parts on the race car (probbably intercooler & radiator).

So is the intercooler more efficiant?

What's the turn around time on it?

Yes.

What's the turn around time on it?

Most of the time we get these out in about 2-3 days. If it's really busy at the shop, maybe 4-7 days.
