This is the 2nd talon Ive ever owned for an extended period of time. I bought it with 80k miles. I HATE red FYI, but Im dealing with it.

Red is just too common. That is my only real problem with it.

09 Update includes massive changes just so I can drive it again this year(after last years shootout.)

I dont know if it is legal or not. I did not bother to make it so. I did it becuase I wrecked the gas tank during removal and could not find a good stock one for less then a rediculous price. And I didnt want to put rusty junk under the car.

FWIW, the cell has threaded dowels welded to it at all 4 corners. So it sinks into the floor and is bolted into the car via brackets welded under the car.

It serves my purpose. And my local track doesnt do real tech. And I dont "compete." So its sufficient.

Those wheels are junk. They are what it sits on during winter, and rides on to not put wear on other stuff. I have a set of 2gb talon wheels, and am looking for something else. The problem is, I like the oposite of what every one else usually does. Hence, the paint.
