Stanley Distribution will now be offering full turbocharger rebuilds.
These will be a full service rebuild, with all soft parts replaced or checked. Turbos will get tagged, disasembled, cleaned & blasted. Parts will be inspected, and if new parts are needed (turbine wheels, compressor wheels, shafts, ect.) we will get back to you with recomendation on which other parts may need replacing. Once the seals ect. are replaced, the CHRA will be fully blanced on a machine.
The guy we have working on these is a pro with 5 years experince rebuilding tubos, and knows what he's doing. Compressor & exhaust uprgrades can be done, along with sourcing complete larger turbos.
No rebuilds will be offered on the Garret GT ball bearing turbos do to lack of parts.
Warranty on turbos will be 90 days parts, 1 year labor. This will be assuming that the customer follows all of our recomendations on new parts needed, and there is proof of a new oil feed line installed with the turbo. Turbo's with obvious signs of being a hack job install will not be covered.
Of course the normal services we offer will also be available on turbos (porting the turbine housing, and compressor outlet, ceramic coating of the hotside, powder coating the compressor housing ect.
Prices will start at 350$ for most journal bearing turbo setups. Please contact me for a full price quote, options, actual turn around time ect.
