Not in any particular order:

-Air filter
-Full 3" exhaust
-Boost controller
-Upper I/C pipe
-Crush your BOV
-FMIC
-Fuel pump
-Larger Injectors
-Fuel computer
-Stronger Clutch
-Port your O2 housing or ported 95+ O2 housing
-Port you exhaust manifold or perferablely a ported 95+ exhaust manifold
-20G or maybe even a Big 16G
-External wastegate, if you go with a 20G, unless you get it modded for an large internal flapper
-Decent driving

12s are easy on the AWDs, 11s are much harder...

Crush your BOV

Your BOV will start to leak at 18psi or so. By crushing it in a vise, it can hold 22+psi. Have you checked out dsm.org at all? You might want to check around dsm.org and search the talon digest archives for info on crushing BOVs and modding your car. This msg board isn't the best place to get info, but it is one the quickest.

Be VERY careful crushing the BOV. If you crush it too much it will not work properly. I would personally spend the money to get a decent aftermarket BOV. They're not that expensive.
