Shock setting for racing

I was wondering what are the optimal settings for shock for drag racing and autocrossing? I have KYB AGX's with H&R springs. I can't remember how you are supposed to set up the shocks for these two types of racing though.

Is your car a FWD or AWD?....I know that for the FWD for drag racing you set the rear shocks stiff (as stiff as you can handle) and the front ones soft....
