Whats the fastest ‘stock’ car you’ve beating with your stock 2g GST/GSX or TSI/AWD?

Whats the fastest domestic or import or whatever, that was all stock or had (minor) bolt ons, that you’ve beaten with your 2g stock or (minor) modded AWD/FWD turbo DSM
Can a stock 2g GST/GSX/TSI beat a stock 94 5.0 GT rustang or stock 99 gt 4.6 mustang?
Have anyone with their stock 2g GST/X or TSI/Awd,beat a stock mustang GT,the newer models 95 GT 5.0 or 99 gt 4.6?

Just go read up on all the cars. Find out what each one runs on the 1/4.

Stock GST/GSXs run about 15.0 in the 1/4 mile.
I think a 99 GT would run low 14s in the 1/4 and an older 95 GT might be more like 15s in the 1/4. A stock Integra GSR is probably mid 15s.

DSMs respond well to fairly inexpensive mods, especially the first generation models, they can be get well into the 13s on the stock turbo with $500-$1000 in mods, at least the AWDs. It takes a bit more to get any FWD to run quick, due to lack of traction.

The year I graduated high school (95) I tore up a bone stock (96) Pontiac Trans Am, with my bone stock (95) Eagle Talon AWD. It was through the local 1/8 track.

The first night I had my 95 Tsi fwd, I smoked a v-10 Dodge Ram at the 1/8 strip. Pulled him by a car length, bone stock. I know thats not much to brag about but hey!

Bulldog13, the only reason you beat that Trans Am was because it was an 1/8th mile track and you had an AWD car. If it had been a 1/4 mile track, he would've beat you (given a good driver). Even the LT1 Firebird/Camaro's ran ~ 14.0 stock.

Before i start moding my car, beat every mustang and camaro I went against(on the street not the strip). Especially Mustangs, hell I piss one guy off so much he want to fight after wards. He a brand new 99 Mustang GT. Honestly it suprises me how many cars our DSM's can take down. Before I got my car I always thought that imports couldn't handle their own against domestics, boy was I wrong!

I only raced one car when I was stock.........a Newer Prelude......it had 4 people in it. I did'nt drive the car very much when it was bonestock a 1000-1500 miles maybe.

Hey All,

About 2 months ago I had the wonderful feeling of racing a Diablo in a town near me. It was a street race and he had 2 guys in his car and I have my moded 94 AWD. I pulled up behind this wide vehicle. I got next to him at a light and looked over at these 2 guys in their car. I hit the high boost on my electric Boost Controller and the light turned Green. I got out hard on him and left him in the dust before the next light. I love the look on this guys face cause he was driving a 200000 dollar car and just got wooped by a 6 thousand dollar car. A stock diablo wil run the quarter in 13.5 with a professional driver and I can run that in my car on race gas with low boost. So our cars are fast and dont let anyone tell us that different. I hope everyone gets a chance to take on some italians.
