how do i get the door panels off to put new speakers in? same with the back speakers? i havent looked much yet but i want to get new speakers soon. i have a 91 mitsu eclipse gs

Mine might be different cause I got power mirrors & windows.
There are 3 screws that have little plasic covers on them that are hidden by the dash when the door is closed.
There is a screw in the plasic piece that contains the door handle.
The triangle piece next to the mirror just slips off.
The bottom and sides of the door are held on by T-shaped plastic connectors.
The top is held down by metal clips in the window trac.
I had 2 or 3 electrical connectors attaching to the door handle plastic area.
The back is easier.
There are 3 of the push-pull connectors along the top.
There are 2 where the seat hides them when it folds down.
You have to remove the rear seat to find 2 screws holding the panel down.
Then there are 3 or so T connectors on the front side (door jamb) of the panel to pull off.
There are specific tools to pull the T connectors. I just used a straight tip screwdriver though.
