Would like to check out your pics of black rimmed eclipses that are preferebly dark in color (but it doesn't matter) and even Talons/Lasers. mine is a dark green 2G GS-T, and i was thinking black rims. got chrome on two of the other cars, and wanted to go a bit different. plus these cars need a little more help looking "mean", so black hood/black rims/dark tint/decals should work wonders. :) Thanks.

The cars not done yet. Roof, side skirts, in front bumper cover still need painted. all thats on it now rim wise is just stock TSI rims panted black pearl metalic w/ polished lip that NEVER STAYS CLEAN!

Thanks! They were $1200 with pirelli p7000 tires. So I don't remember exactly how much the rims were separetly. I think it was part of the package deal with the tires. I had them powdercoated glossy black, while keeping the lip for $300.

I have been following your car for awhile and that is a nice writeup. ;) Nice, clean, fast 1G. I have a question though....for your fuel, are you just running the single intank Walbro 255? No supplementary inline or twin in tank pump stuff? I would think that with 600WHP+ you will need something to keep up with those 1,000cc's. I'm curious.. :)

Yes, I only run an in-tank 255 Walbro, rewired! I was having a problem at one point with fuel delivery, but that was before I rewired it. Since then, I've had no problems. On fuel only, I have run up to 35psi. Now I am playing with meth injection so that contributes a bit to the amount of fuel required. I have run a best of 10.84@134 on pump gas:)

Thanks for the compliments:) Those are in fact 15"x6.5" Rota Slipstreams with 225/50/15 BFG Drag Radials mounted up on them. And yes they do fit over the factory big brakes I have on the front, although just barely!

According to the article, you are tuning this beast w/ 1000cc injectors and an SAFC!?? Did you switch to a standalone/dsmlink setup yet?? Most people start having trouble w/ safc's after they start upgrading from 16g's and 680cc injectors but you are way passed that~

They are Volks. 17x7 w/225-45-17 rubber (Azenis) 42 Offset. Thanks for the compliments. I love them because they are unique and I didn't pay a fortune to get them. They have been on the car for two years now and still look like new even though I DD the car. :)

If you're concerned about it you can just 1)change the name or the path of the photo on your end and it won't load anymore in this thread or 2)change the name of the picture you want in its place to the name of the picture that's there now, and you have your new picture showing up instead.

An ebay downpipe, "t-pros I believe" thats been cut a couple different times to get the right angle... If anyone knows of a good d/p that bolts up with this exhaust let me know, cause I still have a pretty bad exhaust leak:rolleyes:
