Our host changed servers, which caused errors and other problems on Sunday. All is better, and performance is allegedly superior now. So the forums should be running faster. Thanks for your patience during the problems. :)

Yeah, I got a few weird screens about server problems and that the technical staff had been emailed. I just tried again and it worked fine, as well as all of today. :D

Cool. I have noticed an improvement as well. Off hours seem to be lightening fast now... Peek periods (like now) have only the slightest delay, really one of the faster forums I have administered (or visitied!). I am pleased so far at the improvements.

I am the one who is always having problems with board speed and it has been fast for me everytime I have logged on in the past few days. I love it!

I keep getting a pop up warning screen on ever page I go to, it says A ACTIVEX CONTROLE ON THIS PAGE IS NOT SAFE
It happens every time I goto a different thread and I always have to click ok to even look at the post, so what is this? Is it just my computer or what?

I have never experienced this, and it is the first I have heard of it. If anyone else knows what this is, or expereinces the same, please let me know. evil_eagle, in the mean time, I will look into it. Please tell me, PC or Mac, what browser, and opertaing sytem are you using? Thanks.

Is your internet browser Netscape or Internet Explorer?

Sounds like IE. Netscape doesn't use ActiveX.
