can i buy small light condoms instead?

i took my dash apart to change the lights in my hvac to blue, but i noticed that they're only orange because of a lil condom covering it. can i buy new ones, or color it w/ a marker possibly??

I don't think a marker would work. I think it would not make enough of an effect on the light. You might be able to put a light coat of paint on the bulbs though. Or just go out and look for a blue bulb that would fit in that spot (I don't know if you can get anything like that though). I would probably try to paint the bulbs before I would buy new ones.

just paint it with transparent model paint, thats what i did for mine.
