Ok, here's the situation . . .
I just picked up a 1998 red GST Spyder.
For those that don't know, Vin tags are the stickers from the factory on all the body parts with the cars vin number on it.
Anyway, the car has all the vin tags on it except for the rear fenders. The tags are on the front fender, both doors, the trunk lid.
Also, when putting on the rear license plate I see the wires in the whole left by when there is no plate and there is overspray on the wire that looks like it's the wire for the rear taillights. Is it possible that it came from the factory like this ?
The car looks extremely clean and there are no other signs that it could have been repainted plus the old owner says he never had any parts repainted and he seems very honest (plus carfax came back clean).
