The photo's should be enough to get you through the install. You run the hose from the wastegate to the Blitz solenoid, then the other hose to the turbo elbow. Get rid of the hose that connects to the boost controller solenoid (you can leave that plugged in if you want). You can e-mail blitz, www.blitz-na.com (if I remember correctly), and they will send you translated instructions. There's a few different locations to tap for boost (look up installing a boost gauge for that). The rest is tapping into a power source and programming your boost settings. Not bad to install at all.

So there's no harness to buy for it? I don't see a harness for any type of car for the DSBC Type R. I emailed Blitz a LONG time ago but they didn't respond at all. How bunk.
Basically I'm trying to turn boost down as I'm hitting upwards of 17.5-20.3 psi (not sure which, long story...) but I figure I'd like a controller regardless. Any insight on the harness or turning boost down a bit would be appreciated.

Its a strait forward install. Do you still not have this hooked up? The boost controller will not lower boost. The boost controller allows you to up the boost beyond the factory setting and controls the increased amount. I'm really not sure what your problem is now. There is no harness to buy for a ebc. There is a harness you can buy for a turbo timer, but the ebc does not need all of those connections. Connect the power to the stereo's power line, ground it anywhere solid, and the only other electrical connection is the clip to the solenoid. It really isn't that difficult to install. Depending how neat of an install and location you want, you should be able to do this within an hour.

Thanks for the input and the confidence builder on the install process. Still not too sure how to go about lowering boost aside from a ported/external wastegate though...if there even is another way to do it.

If your boosting that high then your wastegate is not opening. you should check the vacuum (actually psi) line from the stock boost control valve to the turbo, its probably fallen off at the turbo side. The stock system is very good at holding you at 11-12 psi, even with an upgraded turbo.

If you have found the install instructions I'd like to see them too, also are thier any operators instruction, it looks like actually using it is more complicated than installing it.

Hmmm, just saw this thread for the first time in a long time. I have the english translated instructions from Blitz on my computer. I just emailed a copy to another guy. If somebody has a site to host them, I'd be glad to send them there.

Thanks to TheClaw for offering his server, anybody can now download the Dual SBC instructions. I zipped the file to make it easier to download (also so it can be emailed on limited file size browsers). Go to this link if you need them. The file is DUAL_SBC
again its a zipped excell file.
