I have an automatic 99 GSX that I purchased a few months ago. The car had just had the 60k tuneup (new plugs, wires, belts, fluids, etc...) and it ran great when I first got it. Then one day I noticed that the "O/D Off" light no longer came on when I took the car out of overdrive. The next morning I went to take off in it and it would not shift out of first until I let off the gas and then pressed on the pedal again. The problem has gotten slightly worse and now sometimes while I am driving the car it will feel like it is straining to keep speed and if you press on the gas, the turbo will spool up but the car will barely accelerate. The car is basically stock other than NGK plugs, magnacor wires, and a K&N FIPK. I want to begin modding my car but, I need to solve this problem first. Any help would be greatly appreciated... Also, can anyone give me a working link or a phone number to where I can find info / purchase a TransLab shift kit??? Thanks...
