okay the tranny downshifts really early, and doesn't feel smooth. also the other day I was going up a realy steep hill and the car was reving a lot higher than it was moving and almost didn't make it up the hill. yes it has tranny fuild, was just filled by the dealer. could it be the TC?

That is certainly no guarantee that this is not the problem. There have been countless stories of the dealership not filling the tranny correctly. Check it again just to make sure.

I have, plus its a guy who has been doing major engine work to my friends 3000gt.( one of the fastest in the world) so I trust him.
