Sup all! Guess what? I just might have to send back my ECU to Technomotive because there's an error in my rev limiter choice. I wrote down 7500rpm as my rev limit & it's only been going to 6500rpm. Isn't that just lovely?

I just found out what the problem is. It's the clutch safety switch! Damn thing must be stuck. I figured it out cause i could only change the launch rpms for the stutter box & i couldn't select any of the other gauges. Anyone know how much that switch cost?

Double check the wiring you added to the switch. The TMO wire I got wasnt color coded, so it would be easy enough to put the wrong wire ends in the wrong place.

I took my time & followed the instructions very carefully. I know it's the switch now cause if i plug it in my car can't start. Even with the clutch pedal to the floor.
That explains why i can't rev over 5000rpm with the car still & it's 6500rpm when the car is moving. Stupid safety switch...

Had that same problem myself. I diagnosed the problem with a continuity test on that switch. I took it apart and the lube used for the ball and spring seemed quite dirty. Not sure if cleaning the connection would have helped but before I could do that I lost one of the parts in the switch. I just replaced it with one from a parts car.
