View Full Version : Help, Eibach Pro-kit or Sportline

im not sure what id like to get the pro-kit or sportlines, im leaning towards the sportline becuase of the 1.8 all around lower.. but i dont want too shitty of a ride...
if you have experience with the either of the kits please leave a comment so i can decide easier.
also if you have pictures of your 1g please post so i can see how they look with either pro-kit or sportline.

Lowering a AWD more that 1 inch puts a lot of strain on the drive train. Especially if you plan on running the car at the track. Sport Line shocks are for show cars. The pros will give you better handling and still drops the car 1 inch.

Sportlines handle and look good, but you will need a camber kit out back.....and is a little harsh when it comes to bumps and potholes. If your roads are flat, then go for it. My buddy's sportlines are a little higher but also is a softer ride. I'm actually trying to talk him into trading!

OOPS, I meant my buddy has the prokit, little higher little softer. Sportline is lower, harder ride. Sorry.

It all depends on what you want to do with your car, how the car gets used most of the time, what the roads are like where you live, and whether or notit snows there!
