Where could I get a header fabricated??

Hey, I was just curious, is there anywhere that anyone knows of that could fabricate a header for a 1.8L? Or is there anywhere else that's into engine fabrication that could custom make stuff for the 1.8, like aluminum pistons or anything?

For the header...

You could try talking to the guys at your local muffler shop. Maybe they can do some custom work for you. It will turn to be somehow expensive, but that's the price to pay for custom performance parts...:(
