such a trivial thing i know, but will i ever need my gauge to register more than 20 psi? my current mods are 3" dp, k&n and a full port and polish. i am planning on upgrading the intercooler, getting a 2.5" exhaust and an upgraded fuel pump soon, as well as an EBC down the road. there is a chance of a turbo upgrade... it will be either a big 16g or an 18g.
thanks for your help.

not much of a price difference and also redily available. Why settle with something hat may someday become obsolete?

Get the thirty, its too easy to get boost creep with a few mods and you could easily go over 20psi and not know it. Get the 30 get the 30 get the 30 get the 30 get the 30 get the 30 get the 30 get the 30 get the 30 get the 30.
Get my point.:D

At least get a 25 if not a 30, because just like RaysTsi said what if you boost creep to like 25 psi and you don't know it? You can just get a cheap gauge like I did (VDO) for like $30 and it read from -30-0-30. Thats perfect for my application. Later.

it was never a matter of money lol. i'm looking at autometer and they both cost the same.

get the one that goes 0-30 psi. these are better quality than the ones that show Vac and boost. the mechanicals on the Vac/boost gauges wear out over time and cause the needle to not be as accurate

Plus when setting your mbc you may see thirty. You want to know that is happening get off the gas quick.

I would have to go with the "get the 30" crew. a good place for gauges is www.egauges.com I personally like the VDO vision series.

you definately want the 30. You wanna know when your getting boost creep and/or boost spikes. You won't see how high your spiking with a 20psi boost guage.
