First post here, take it easy on me. I did a search, but since few DSM owners seem to want to buy stock DSM intercoolers, I couldn't find anything. I am building a custom turbo setup for my '65 coupe, and a friend suggested I get 3 1G intercoolers & weld them together. The thing is, I have no idea how much to pay for one. I won't even look at ebay, half of the time stuff goes for 3 times what it should, the other half it goes for 1/2 of its normal price.

Anyway, what is a fair price for a 1G intercooler? $20? $30? Thanks!

Cool. There is one on ebay for $20, but shipping is $15!! :eek: Paying 3/4 of the purchase price for shipping is not my idea of a good deal! :D

$15 is pretty high for shipping a couple pounds. I think $50 for one with no bent fins or leaks is a fair price. But you can always find a good deal on anything if you look long enough. You should try hitting up a junkyard, you could probably get a good deal there as well.
