Stainless Steel Cleaner

Anybody have any suggestions on which product is best to clean stainless steel? Able to get tar off the exhaust and polish to a nice shine? :)

I use Eagle One aluminum polish (paste) to clean my Thermal tip. Works great!

There is a product called "never dull" that works well too. It's a wadding type material that contains polish, you tear a chunk off and rub the metal, follow up by buffing with a rag. It's in a blue can about 5" in diameter with a lid on the top.
