I don't personally have the Venom manifold but I might be able to help. Velocity of the airflow is the main concern for good power production and streetability. If your main concerns are ets and only care about track numbers, then absolute flow should be your goal. I'm sure that the venom and str sheet metal intake manifolds flow very well at higher rpms, for the track, but you might lose some of that low end power on the street. In my opinion, your best bet would be to have your manifold treated with the extrude hone process. This would create greater airflow and increase air velocity. Just my .02. BTW, your at 12.7 in a front drive thats what I want! What turbo and injectors are you using? Were you on slicks? What are your mods?

hey twitchy210,
I don't mean to cramp your style or anything, but the all-caps thing is really hard to read.
Can you do us all a favor and take the caps-lock off?

Thanks, bro:)

At any rate, NJC pretty much summed up the intake manifold tech. The venom should definetly improve topend power, however you can count on low-end loss. Not too sure on hp figures.
Magnusmotorsports has a pretty trick intake manifold with adjustable length runners. Shortening the runners will give you better top-end, while lengthening them will help out the bottom-end.

Magnusmotorsport just did some back to back dyno runs on a fwd turbo with stock intake manifold and then there own adjustable intake manifold. The magnusmotorsports manifold added 40 hp !! He will have the dyno sheets posted on his site soon.

MAGNUS MOTORSPORTS

40 HP! from the magnus intake manifold alone. Read it here.
