I have a 90 Laser NT, I had some serious hesitation problems while driving under 3000 RPM. I changed the plugs and wires, which fixed it for a couple months but its doing it again. Anyone have any ideas?

If it's got high miles you might want to try doing the MCCC cleaning. Go to your local chrysler dealer and order some Mopar Combustion Chamber Conditioner. You can find instructions on how to do it on the club dsm website.
http://www.dsm.org, click on search archives and do a search for "MCCC" you should find instructions there.
The process dissolves all the crud and carbon buildup on your pistons and valves and it should help pull out some hidden power.
You might also want to check your throttle body, take off the intake pipe and look in there, open the butterfly valve and check it out, it's probably dirty with soot and oil, if it is you should clean it asap. a dirty Tb loves to rob NTs of shitloads of power. http://www.myzero.com has instructions for cleaning the TB I think.... good luck dude.
