Launching a FWD Non Turbo Auto Talon

How for the life of me do I launch my car!?!?!? i know i run high 15's to mid 16's in it but i can't figure out the best way to launch it! help!

Hold the brake hard with your left foot, floor the accelerator and let go of the brake. DO NOT do this more than 5-10 seconds because the torque converter will get too hot and eventually destroy the tranny. I do this in my 99 GS and it works great. It will only rev to 2,000 rpm which is the stall speed of the converter. At least in the 99's it's 2,000...maybe more or less in yours. It should help you. Hope this helps.
