Ok when I go to launch my car once I install the coilovers would it be good to raise the back higher and set the strut on teh firmest ride, and put the front lower to the ground? Would this help? The back would not be able to sink as much and keep the front planted down(like wheelie bars). Or is this a really stupid idea... I am just wondering and want to see what Fellow DSMers think so dont be harsh if it is a real stupid idea. Thanks

This is exactly what you need to do. This will help a lot in ur traction. You said it right when you said that this will keep the back from sinking and keep the front planted.

When you accelerate rapidly the wieght transfers to the back of the car, causing it to "squat". A proportional amount of weight gets lifted off of the front tires, causing the nose of the car to lift up, and giving the front tires much less traction. I think this puts lots of strain on the center diff because the front tires want to spin and the rears dig in pretty well.

When you change your spring setting in the way you described you will minimize this effect. If you have adjustable shocks you could tune out this effect even more by raising the dampering in the rear.
