I know a lot of NT speed tricks. There is much to be gained with and intake. I also suggest porting the intake and head. You can open up the fuel rail some. Just don't touch where the injectors go. Just the long tube part of the fuel rail. You can also fabricate a intake pipe out of PVC or ABS. I also suggest taking off the positive crankcase ventilation and venting it to air. The throttle body on these cars is tiny. Maybe 1.5 - 2 inches. You can probably fit a turbo throttle body on for much better flow. You can fabricate a ram air by removing all the plastic trim around the right pop up headlight and making the lights go up when you want the ramair. I suggest looking into a way to make a ramair from the bumper also. You can also build a barrier out of sheet metal around the filter to stop hot air flow.
