Have you checked your compression or pressure tested your air intake system for boost leaks?

Good lord--66mph? It must be falling on its ass! Is the car breaking up, running rough, or any other sure fire signs of a problem?

no but that sounds like a good start

Plugs gapped too high and getting blown out under boost??

plugs are fine and its not breaking up on top end, but after i reach full boost the car feels like it has nothing left, its not missing or slowing down it just stops going faster.?
its hard to discribe but falling on its ass seems to fit.

Hmmm ... timing being pulled back? Do you have access to a data logger? What octane gas are your running? Is this something your car has always done?

Are you sure you are running 15 psi and not 5? :)

my car recently did the same thing, as soon as I hit full boost it felt like the car had nothing left to give and wouldn't pull any harder. It was because the car was running so rich it was choking the engine, as soon as I installed my S-AFC and did some tuning my baby flies again :)

Hmm...interesting problem. The only way you'd do a 15.4 at 66 is if you braked at the end, or that you accelerated very quickly to close to 60MPH, and basically sped up very little after that. If you don't really notice that the car is running poorly, I'd say that it's probably the timing being pulled drastically. If you don't have a datalogger, do you have the knock LED mod? Then at least you'll know that you're timing is being pulled to the max and that the computer is trying to pull boost.
I'd think that if you're running rich enough to choke the car, you'd get buckling, backfires etc...at least some type of drivability problem. From what AWDkitkat is saying, it doesn't sound like it's running rough. Good luck figuring it out AWDkitkat, and keep us informed!

The clutch? Or a boost leak? I know one time when my car would go kinda fast and then stop pulling it was the Sorry POS Clutch Masters slipping under load. It would hold okay when I launched and through parts of second, but then would start slipping and cause the car to not accelerate any more. I don't know man...good luck and hope you figure it out!
