I know I recently saw a thread about injector sizing, but my situation is a little different. I have a 1G turbo awd with the following:

Stock Head, Block with 2G pistons
SAFC
Supra Sidemount (all I/C piping to go with it)
Manual Boost Control
3" turbo back exhuast
255 hp fuel pump
Custom intake
Stock injectors

I Have everything ready to go except no turbo. I'm going to buy a Mitsu T3T4 hybrid: 50 trim compressor & 69 trim T31 turbine from DSMotorsport. What size injectors should be sufficient for the turbo? Should I get a fuel regulator?

I'd agree with the 650cc's since you might have problems to dial-in anything bigger with just the S-AFC. A steady fuel pressure provided by AFPR is as important for any serious tuning as steady intake air or coolant temperatures.
