Honestly depends how fast your looking to go. I local friend of mine, and plenty of other people were making probably about the same amount of power as I am on a stock motor with no issues. Everyone always says 300hp is fine, it dosent last for long.
I remember when I was like im not going any further then my 60-1, well that didnt last long. So if your future goal is to make alot of power, honestly start picking up the stuff now, which isnt toooo much. Slap it on, and get another motor to build. Have fun with if/it pops and move on to a built motor. I doubt youll blow it up unless your careless on the tune.
Thats really a good advice. Thanks bro. Um hey i got 3 friends here that think they are the big thing. 1 drives a 96 Plymouth Neon sohc with only an intake and a loud exhaust. The other one drives a 92 Celica gt dohc with only an intake and a loud exhaust aswell. The third one drives a Probe dohc 16-valve with only an intake and a loud exhaust too. Out of them three the plymouth has won. But they still talk saying my eclipse is nothing they're like just because its a 2.0 dohc dont mean shi.... then the retards laugh..... Do you think i might have a chance? like i mentioned am all stock, no upgrades whatsoever. the plymouth, toyota and my car are stick shift but only the probe is automatic...

I wish it was turbo lol i would be leaving them behind big time lol.. No its just a regular 4g63 FWD.
Honestly you could fix these things. You could turbo the motor you have with the factory turbo stuff. Its pretty cheap to do, and will hold power. Just gotta make sure you have the the ability to make sure its tuned well.
Or, you could just throw some cams in there, header, and spray the bitch with a 50 shot. Im sure that would take them by suprised. Always wanted to build a all motor setup 4g63 just for shits and giggles.
What's up Woodhaven? It's nice to de-TST every once in a while and watch a good ol' street vid.
Yeah that site drives me insane sometimes. Same thing with dsmtuners. Like someones gonna shut the site down for racing. Go on b20vtec.com lol, that site is rediculous with the street scene.
I mounted the slicks on it last night, and changed the trans fluid (I change it like every 3k miles or so). Ran a buddies 532ci fox body mustang, it was a good run. I need some more test launches on the slicks, since this week Im going for faster times on them.
