Installed AEM Wideband in Factory O2 location for 1G DSM. Using Link V3 Full, enabled narrowband SIM. With it on my O2 voltage stays at .80, with it off the voltage is .04. Made numerous adjustments such as switching gauge from P00 to P04, no change, switched it back. Currently wired into pin 4 on harness which is the factory O2 pin. Any thoughts? Help? Car is running Speed Density and currently stuck in open loop right now. Log file should be attached. Thank you

Your sure that the actual O2 sensor is a good one? Its not really advised to put a wideband O2 that close to the turbo, 3 feet back is the best spot for it to operate accurately and last the longest.
