Check Engine Light, Codes PO115 and PO443, Need Help!!

Alright well after my 6bolt swap I have had a check engine light on for a while and I finally used a logger and pulled the code. It gave me code PO115 which is Coolant Temp Sensor Circuit and PO443 which is the Evap. Emissions controls circuit. Now I have eliminated all those hoses and what not and gotten rid of the Evap. emissions hoses and stuff, is that why its giving me that code? Ever since the swap I have had a cold start prob. and people said it is prob. cuz the coolant temp sensor is bad and needs to be rewired, do you think that is what that code is being pulled for. The spec for the coolant temp sensor is 2.1-2.7 kohms at 66 degree's and .26-.36 at 176 degree's. If the sensor checks out ok then check the plug and make sure its not corroded. And yes, a faulty coolant temp sensor will make for hard starts
