As mentioned, that's Reitman's car. ( www.reitmanracing.com ) It's so fast, he runs mid 11's with a 14B.

BTW, for the newbies, he's one of the Moderators on ToonerZ and he does post here too occasionally. His username is grndsm or GRNDSM.
