Okay as i drive home from work??? my temperture was getting high i dont know what's the issue is but can anyone explain to me why?? i checked the water and it's okay and oil is okay??? please let me know

Thermostat is going/gone bad. Change and all will be well.

Thermostat not opening up and letting coolant to the engine so definately a reason that engine may be overheating. Or running increadably lean...

Many possibilities. thermostat, radiator, or head gasket.

Can i remove the thermostat and just run it without the thermostat

Please don't for the sake of every dsm owner that might own the car after you. There is a reason mitsubishi and all over car company use thermostats. Just go to autozone and buy the damn 4 dollar thermostat and .40cent gasket and be done with it.
