215 50 17

I have 215 50 17 i have a 95 tsi fwd what kind of springs would be good to get rid of the ugly wheel gap but give me nice enough handling

Pull your springs out...that'll get rid of the ugly gap real quick...and maybe use the fu**** search button

So what i meant was with the 50's is there a limit when they would rub like with a 2 in drop

They won't rub at that width. I personally suggest coilovers if you want the car to handle. I love my ground control/ koni yellow setup. If you just get lowering springs, I also suggest a set of new struts. Again, at that point you may as well just go with a gc/koni setup as both of those manufacturers are well known and koni provides a lifetime warranty.

if youre on a budget you can go with a eibach pro kit, which lowers the car a little over an inch, but like unlmtdndeavor said, i would go with a GC/koni setup. the car will handle a lot better, plus you will have the option of height adjustability
