Of course a DSM is faster than a Honda. A Honda has a nearly unlimited amount of time to get to it's destination. With a DSM you have to hurry or else it'll break before you get there.

Break in periods are a Bunch of BS.
I was told on the Kawi Forum to run it for like a day below 4000rpm, change the oil than drive it like you stole it. Apparelntly you LOOSE power by beaking them in for the 1800km period that Kawasaki claims

I assume by chicken strips you mean the unused rubber around the tire... like on my bike. Did you take riding lessons, or go to track days? I'm impressed, as much as I'd rather be cornering then riding in a straight line, I'm not very good at it apparently

No riding lessons or track days. Just read about techniques, try them, ride with people who have been riding for a long time. I have actually only been riding for like 2 months.... Thank you though. Don't worry everyone learns with time.

Well here are my two toys, 2003 yamaha r6, akapovic slip on, bmc race filter, velocity stacks, throttle stops, +4 ignition advancer, power commander, two up in the back vortex sprocket put down 116 to the wheel when it was dyno'd. lots of torque for a 600, rapes my buddys 07 gsxr600 out the hole. Also my 2004 rmz250, not much done, fun from the factory.
