finally my 4th 2.5 inch downpipe for my 99 gsx fits!

after bad experiences with 2 other shops,dsm performance comes thru.. wasted so much time with these other shops and their sorry dps..wish i would have just gotten this one in the first place..nice welds,nice flanges,great fit..

now i can proceed with the rest of my life...

well dougs dyno powers 2.5 dp hit the oil pan..and the two i got from ahp had either flange problems or an incorrect bend..not sure what the problem is,,this isnt a hedder or something,it only has like 2 bends..not sure why these guys cant figure it out..im waiting now again..with another shop to get my uip..still at the powedercoater..etc..if i hear this one more time..im going to snap..wtf

I got a 2.5" stainless, mandrel-bent downpipe from Buschur for my 2G AWD, and it fits well, no banging. However, I had it installed along with my custom exhaust, and the shop welded on a hanger, since it didn't come with one.

But it's a nice piece. I think they sell it for 250 bucks.
Just one more option.

I also have the DSM-Performance 2.5inch dowpipe and it fit perfectly.

so with a 2.5 dp from dsm performance- without slots in the mounting flange..how do u make the evo 3 o2 sensor housing fit..im just wondering about getting that item sometime..

The DSM-performance dp has slotted flange as you see in the sig I have the dp and a ported evo3 O2 housing and it fit fine i didn't need to bend the dp at all
