Fuel Pump gurgling, high AFR

Hey guys, my 95 GSX has a weird gurgling sound coming from the rear of the car when I activate the fuel pump through my DSM link. It also has high AFR's and I don't feel the turbo kick until I get about 5+psi on boost gauge. It's a completely stock fuel system.

I have a feeling its going bad, but before I test it is the gurgling normal?

Cavitation from the sock for the fuel pump being improperly installed or a leaking oring for the fuel pump line in the fuel pump assembly.

Do not drive the car until it is fixed!

NOt normal, remove and replace with a 255hp walbro. Be careful when installing do a search on fuel pump install.
