P0403 Engine Code '01 Eclipse GS
My friend has an '01 GS and it's been throwing a code: P0403 EGR Flow Circuit Malfunction.
Normally, I would think EGR solenoid, but apparently I am slow and can't find one on this car.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
