What kind of gains from an AFC?

What kind of gains could i expect from a S-AFC with my current mods plus fuel pump? I still have the stock turbo, I'm considering my next mod and this is just one of the few ideas. Should i even bother with an AFC at this stage?

At least a couple tenths in the 1/4 and a much healthier running engine if you tune out knock as much as possible. Running too rich can be bad too but obviously not as much as lean.
