Test Pipe Choice

Hey, I've decided to just get a test pipe for now, instead of downpipe. I'm pretty sure there would be some HP gain just from tes pipe (99GSX, HKS Exhaust)
I found 2 places that sell em', 1st:

(I'm guessing since I have HKS Exhaust, 3" one would work?)

a test pipe is a test pipe...pretty much all are the same, it's just a straight peice of pipe about a foot long. The only difference you should look for is stainless steel.
