OT: One of the best RAVE/HOUSE/TECHNO songs I've ever heard!!

I know this is a little off topic but tonight while i was surfing, i went to digitalllyimported.com to hear some cool tuns. I heard this tune by "mighty mike - mighty mikes mighty hard mix". OMG!!!!! Seriously for anyone who likes this kinda of music, this is a MUST dload. Mighty Mike is a regular at DI and has made that song free of charge on his site. Here is the link to his songs LINK
you have to right click and save as.. it will take forever to dload, but hang in there...i have a 1500k dload and im dloading at 5k. very busy site.

I haven't downloaded the file yet, but I plan to when I get home. As far as the file size- It is very possible that it is a 128Kb/sec MP3. It is probably just a 72 minute mix. I am a DJ and 72-74 minutes is standard mix size because that will neatly fill up one cd when you burn it in cd audio format ("regular" cd encoding). I have a mix up on my site (that I just sort of threw together until I put up a "real" mix) and it is about that same size. I just hope 200 dsmers don't start downloading his mix and make him go over his bandwidth limits for the month (the /. effect).

There's no way in hell i'm gonna dowload a 68mb mp3. Talk about taking up space on your hard drive. I love techno/trance, but it's just too big of a file for being a 20mins mp3.

Is there a smaller version?

as a techno fan. i wouldnt consider that rave nor house ...maybe techno. since everything falls under that catagory i guess in this case. but that would be more like progressive hard/soft trance. it's ok.. annoying, but it's very repetetive. and i couldnt listen to all 60 minutes of it at once time! ahhh holy crap. it's more medolic.. im more into the DJ Irene, DJ Scott Henry and Cosmic Gate techno. short but awesome and very hardcore. that's just IMO

A cd to have is Diesel Boy "Project Human" Best Drum&Bass mix out there. (If somebody knows of one thats better, let me know)

And for trance without the cheese- George Acasta has some good stuff.

Some good trance from england are the GateCrasher disks. They are always double disks and since they are imports, they are about 27-30 bux each, but worth it.

There are millions of trance albums out there- finding the good shit is the hardest part.
