Thanks Kitty !

Well sorry but at this point of my life I got no spare time ...Work at the shop 50 to 60 hours by week and work on my DSM and friend's 240sx when we can ... Still have to make this car work before end of summer and don't know how many hours it will take to get it the way I want !

When I'll take my 3 weeks off, you'll see that the build is gonna go fast like last year !

Updates ? I'm like spending all my time on my YFZ450 since I was waiting for my order to come in ... Took 1½ months to get my order in so I started working on my bike

Well I don't really work on the car at this point of my life ... But yesterday was one of the best day of my life ! Got my DSMLink, Dual FullBlown assembly, Mishimoto rad ... from ExtremePSI ! Thanks guys at ExtremePSI for your support, Hung has been really the best seller I've deal with ! Will get my car back in a garage this week-end so you'll see that it will go fast and still have to take my 2 weeks holiday ( 2 last weeks of July ) !

By the way don't forget me Gamble, gonna need your help to tune And for the seats well I make more money than I've got time so maybe I'll end up buying the Bride seats brackets, will see if I find the time.

WOW, awesome work so far man.

After seeing all of your rust repair work I'm not so scared about doing mine anymore.

Any tips for doing frame/unibody patches?

Thanks my friend !

You should not be affraid, it's not hard at all, it just take time ... You want a tips ? Well don't be affraid to cut the rust out so you have a nice surface to weld. All the welds on the car have been done with a mig. Practice and practice again before starting on the car cause it's easy to do a hole while trying to weld. You can work the body sheet metal with a hammer on a shaft or corner of the welding table first to shape it a bit then weld on the car, gently pry, weld, pry more ... When you weld it's easy to work the sheet of metal since it become hot. What else I could say, Good luck !

An update for the thread, I just finished redoing all the wiring for the battery relocation with fuse holder and circuit breaker. Really happy with the result ! Just can't find my damn cable to transfer the pictures on my computer ...

Re: DSM4LIFE-AWD Early 95 Build Thread

Good work! Things always get done faster when you have a shop to work in. For the first time in 30 yrs. I'm living in a house with no garage. Makes things a little tough especially when it's raining or snowing. Good luck with the rest of the build. Looks like it's going to be a good one!

Thanks man, glad to see that you like what I'm doing. Yeah working in a garage makes a huge difference 365 days a year ! By the way your car is one of my favorite, you gave me inspiration.

I ordered them at http://fluidtransferproducts.com/ and it only cost me 65$ for the 4 hoses. The fitting are M6x1.0 Inverted flare Male with custom hose lenght. Can't remember how many inch, maybe they would have look better with 90* hose end fitting ( like on the brake master cylinder ) or 45* but I think they look awesome that way !
