1g Toe Eliminator- Trailing Arm

Hello,

Is there enough slack in the rear 1g trailing arm to weld the Jay's Toe Eliminator in without removing the arm?

Also, what is the, "Track Arm?"

Thanks!

Never heard of the track arm ...

It would be a real pita to install the jay racing kit without completely removing the arm. I would not even try ... Anyway it's not like if it was hard to remove.

Fair enough. Thanks for the reply. I'm considering taking everything apart and doing poly bushings, but I'm not sure I want the headache. I guess it would make sense to do both at the same time.

Re: 1g Toe Eliminator- Trailing Arm

There's no poly bushing on those arm ... And not much for the rear ...

You only need to remove the shock, remove caliper and attach it where the shock bolt, remove both ball join for upper and lower control arm, unscrew the 3 or 4 bolts for the axle than the last bolt holding the trailing arm. Super easy

You could get Poly for the subframe and sway bar, but that's about it. Otherwise there're solid one for the mustache brace ...

Yes it has to be removed to facilitate swedging in the new piece and providing an accurate weld.

Meech

Re: 1g Toe Eliminator- Trailing Arm

Eh at least it's not from 2009 LOL. I have a pair that I have never installed. I have just never had the time when I had the car. Which is still sitting in GA. maybe this next year things will change for me and I can move back to GA and get her out of storage and install mine!

Anyone actually notice a difference once installed?
