NGK BPR9ES plugs w/ removable top cap

I know I've had these before (BPR9ES) with the threaded cap where the plug wire connects. My coil packs lock on to the plug by removing that little nut/cap on top of it. But the only plugs I found locally with the removable caps were BP9ES not BPR's. Do they not make this plug anymore?

No idea, but if I recall the R is only to identify that it has a resistor in it correct?

Yes the R is a resistor plug. The P denotes whether if it is a protruding plug or not.
